About Me....

The name Fox in the Ferns Photography comes from my love of nature. Ferns are one of my favorite plants, and I often use them as natural framing tools in my photos to add depth and beauty to your memories. I also adore foxes as they are known for their curious nature. Let me capture your special moments with the same curiosity and attentiveness that a fox brings to observing the world around it.

 I've had the privilege of calling the stunning Pictured Rocks Lakeshore home for the past 7 years. I know the best secret spots that will make your photos truly shine, as well as the places to steer clear of when capturing those perfect moments.

Photography is a special way I connect with others, and I believe that every picture should tell a story. As a Christian, I strive to put God first in both my life and my business, allowing His guidance to shape my work and to honor and worship him through capturing the wonder of his creation. One of my greatest joys is watching families grow and change through the lens of my camera.

From the excitement of engagement photos to the beauty of a growing family, I've had the honor of capturing milestones in so many couples’ lives. I enjoy working with high school seniors and hold a special place in my heart for capturing the wisdom and grace of grandparents.
